To transfer the iMarksman® license to another computer, you must send the existing license information and proof of purchase through our contact page:

Please note: We are not responsible for lost license keys, computer or hardware failure, or issues related to transferring the license from one computer to another.

If the license information is not available, a replacement license can be purchased.

Order Cancellation Policy:

A 5% cancellation fee applies to all orders canceled after payment has been processed. This fee covers payment processing and administrative costs.
